Terms and conditions

Acknowledgment:

These terms and conditions represent a comprehensive understanding between Etek Refrigeration Heating and Cooling and the customer who has received a quote for our services. A detailed explanation of the costs associated with equipment, materials, and labor, as well as warranties, will be provided during negotiations and through both written and oral communication. Prior to the commencement of the project, we require a signed acknowledgment of the quoted costs and the scheduled start date. Please note that all sales are final.

Payment:

Customers are required to remit full payment for all previously approved quotes. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due prior to the commencement of the job. Upon completion of all work and the successful operation of equipment (including furnaces, condensers, and case coils), the remaining balance must be received. Please be advised that if payment is not received within 30 days following job completion, Etek Refrigeration Heating and Cooling reserves the right to pursue legal action at its discretion.

Free Estimates:

At Etek Refrigeration Heating and Cooling, we offer complimentary estimates to both new and existing customers when a site visit is necessary to determine the appropriate equipment based on size and square footage. We do not charge for this service for any of our customers. Please note that no technician associated with our company is authorized to impose any charges for this service. Additionally, a cancellation of the free estimate must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We kindly request that any cancellations of service or installation appointments be made 24 to 48 hours in advance. There will be no associated fee for cancellations made within this timeframe. In case of any cancelation for projects that require more than two days for completion, the company will need to reschedule in accordance with prior commitments to other projects.

We do not offer refunds for HVAC systems or parts that have been installed and approved by the customer with a signature prior to installation. All sales are final.

Excluded Services:

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Etek Refrigeration Heating and Cooling shall not be held responsible for any painting, patching, plastering or similar tasks in the installation of HVAC equipment.

Etek Refrigeration Heating and Cooling is not liable for repairing or restoring any affected areas to their prior condition.

Competitive Prices:

We are pleased to offer competitive pricing. If you are a new or existing customer and present a written quote from another licensed HVAC company, our team will match the prices for equipment of equal size. Please note that quotes or proposals from other licensed HVAC contractors must be dated within the last 30 days

Text message terms: 

By providing a cellphone phone number to the Company, the customer consents to receive text messages pertaining to scheduling, quotes, invoice and payment notifications, as well as service updates related to the Customer’s current or scheduled work order. We do not disclose cellphones phone number, or email address, to third parties. Customers may opt out of receiving text notifications by contacting us directly.
